Gergana Boncheva is a 15 year old athlete from West Vancouver, BC, who is determined to become a professional tennis player. She has been competing for the last 7 years.

Since Gergana relocated to Canada from Bulgaria in January 2008, she has won every tennis tournament she entered in BC. She is the current Coquitlam’s 15th Annual Women’s Open Champion, The Hollyburn Junior Classic, Singles and Doubles Champion, and the People’s Courts Junior Tournament Champion.

Coaches and tennis professionals agree, that Gergana’s current results and skill level suggest a trajectory of performance that will have her compete at the highest levels of international competition.

Gergana is playing at a world class level of junior tennis and combined with her strong, self-motivated drive to excellence, she has a chance to become a top professional tennis player.
